I’m Taavi – a curious human, sales leader and someone who believes life is way more exciting when you grow on purpose.
Over the past 10+ years, I’ve built and led international sales teams, mentored students from across Europe, and helped people stretch way beyond what they thought was possible.
I’ve studied in China, sold books across the US, UK and Canada, walked the Camino de Santiago, lived in two countries at once, and taken 70+ trips to over 40 destinations.
My favorite computer game is Google Sheets (don’t judge), and if I’m not coaching someone, I’m probably winter swimming, learning a language or trying not to crash while kitesurfing.
I believe that with the right mindset, consistent effort and the right mentor, you can create a life that truly excites you.

5 principles that I live by
1. Be present in your circle of influence
Worry about the things you can control. Rest of it is pointless to worry about
2. Learn and flow (grow)
Focus on learning new things, it will bring you joy and flow state.
3. Initiate independently
Leadership is never appointed, it is assumed.
4. Aim high and act accordingly (accountability)
You can’t reach high goals with mediocre effort.
5. Have heart - love yourself and your people
Finally, this is what matters and brings joy in life.
